WHAT IS SGPT?
Small Group Personal training is semi-private personal training with 1 coach and a maximum of 8 members. Training within a small group maximises your motivation and fun during sessions- driving results! As your session only has a maximum of 8 people it still remains 'personal'- you have your own programme and are not following a set class structure. Our SGPT packages are created to suit you, with different options to suit your lifestyle and fitness balance.

what is hybrid coaching?
Featuring a blend of 1-2-1 sessions and online coaching whereby you can choose to do a 1 or 2 in person SGPT sessions per week and have the remaining sessions programmed online to be completed remotely. This structure offers clients an unbeatable variety to your training schedule, with all the benefits of personal training and the flexibility of managing your own training at home/in your own time as well- it really is the perfect complete training package! what is online/remote coaching?
We also offer REMOTE ONLINE TRAINING, often best suited for clients located further afield/ or who prefer to train only at home- working out anytime according to your own schedule. This includes x2+ weekly online sessions, daily check-ins and tracking, along with 24/7 coach support to ensure we get the best results- read more about our online only/remote coaching here.
