OUR MEMBERSHIPS

All memberships at One 2 One Gym start with a 30-day trial period. After this you will have the choice of 4 different membership packages to suit your personal goals.  It’s your chance to experience our unique approach to fitness and membership. Whether you decide to train in the gym or online, you’ll get to know us and how the way things work before you make a longer commitment.

 

For us, it’s an opportunity to learn about you, your body and your fitness goals, and...hopefully it’s the foundation for greater things.

Your first month trial is only £149. No commitments. No tie ins.

We have a money back guarantee PLUS an additional £100 if you aren't satisfied.

MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES

After your 30-Day Trial we offer the following x3 memberships options.

Membesip pkgs

All memberships are ongoing, billed at the start of each month. If you purchase a membership mid month/any time after the 1st of the month the remainder of that month will be prorated in your first payment. i.e. if you buy half way through the month you only pay for the remaining half of the month, followed by full monthly payments thereafter. Please note that all memberships are non-transferable and if you would like to cancel your membership at any time you must give at lest 30 Days notice before the next billing month.

Remote/online training

We also offer REMOTE ONLINE TRAINING, often best suited for clients located further afield/ or who prefer to train only at home- working out anytime according to your own schedule.

This includes x3+ weekly online sessions, weekly check-ins and tracking, along with 24/7 coach support to ensure we get the best results. 

Your personal program is completely aligned with your specific goals, based on all of the information obtained after filling out the client onboarding questionnaire including training goals, experience, history, physical limitations, equipment availability and training frequency.  

Everything is delivered via an app called Train Heroic which includes;

 

  • Videos of all exercises that feature on your program demonstrated by myself

  • There is a messaging portal to communicate with myself 24/7

  • You can log and track all your data including weight, sets, reps and any additional information you’d like to share including technique analysis 

  • I will check in with you on a regular basis and be at hand to provide any feedback and make any adjustments if required. 

  • All metrics from performance testing to body composition changes are stored under your profile

  • Your nutrition will be tailored to your own specific daily calorie and macronutrient targets which can synced with MyFitnessPal

  • You’ll be notified of your workout plan for the week ahead and each training day via email

YOUTH PACKAGE

Suitable for 15-19 year olds, our YOUTH PACKAGE MEMBERSHIP features up to x2 SGPT Sessions per week.

These youth sessions focus on exercises for fundamental movement patterns, building strength & improving mobility, as well as improving running mechanics.

 

The YOUTH PACKAGE is available for all 15-19 year olds at a cost of £99 per month.

 

If you are looking x1 session per week it is available at a cost of £69 per month

JUNIOR S&C SESSIONS

PAYG

One-2-One also host fun and motivating group sessions for kids.

Adapted specifically for 11-15 year olds and like our youth SGPT sessions, these focus on fundamental movement patterns, that build strength, improve mobility and improve running mechanics.

 

These sessions usually run at 4pm on Mon,Tues & Wed. For more information on this and how to book into classes please contact me directly.
